Different Background Colors
I have a full house tonight!

There were eight of us for dinner...
It is so nice to have my family together!
The funny thing is... with all of us here... there were also seven dogs!
If Johnny had brought Sam over... there would have been eight.
I think each one found the same stinky gut pile to roll in as well.
Phew.
All dogs but one were banished to the outdoors!
We tolerated her smell, because she was the visitor, and we didn't want the other dogs to gang up on her.
Plans were made for part of us to go deer hunting in the morning...
The rest of us? Farming and, perhaps, moving some items up to the Mills Place.
Tomorrow is forecast to be our last nice day for a bit...
We just might have to do some winterizing!
I meant to get a photo of Vernon mechanic-ing (!) on a tractor today.
It was pulled in half and laid out in pieces... it amazes me that he can put it all back together!
But he did...
And then he went back to work.
Fall plowing is simply a jump on spring... with different background colors.

October 22, 2009 The Secret is Out x 9

I know your calendar for this year is done, but the second photo( showing part of the little bridge) is wonderful. It would be lovely as part of a calendar. And, is moving into the Mills place imminent? Just wondering since I haven't been able to keep up with blog for a bit.

Sally, too late for this year's calendar, but I can start a new possibles folder for next year! We still have way too much to do yet... no definite plan for moving...

Wanted to do some winterizing here today, too, but it is raining. The warm days and cool nights of October, we call "Indian Summer" here in WNY.
How about you in Wyoming?
Loved the 2 pictures today.
