Mahoney Spring

On yesterday's trip to the mountain... 

We also pull the plug on all of our water tanks, letting them drain...

We tear apart the pipe from the spring box, preventing the ice from splitting the pipes...

This is Mahoney Spring.

The BESTEST BESTEST water in the WEST... guaranteed to freeze your brain, teeth, throat, and tongue!  We love filling our water jugs here in the summer... and yesterday, I drank and drank and drank my fill of the water before we disassembled the tank for winter.

Besides being my favorite water... it was also my favorite photo from yesterday.
