Winter Wardrobe
...I continue my walk.
I head for a woven wire gate... easier than climbing over the tight barbed wire! But there, on the other side, sits a snowshoe hare!
He's taking in the sun, and barely glances at me as I approach.
The dogs are off in the weeds somewhere... and I return down the fenceline, hoping to not scare him off and manage another pic or two.
I shove my arm though the fence and click!
Whoa.
How about some zoom on that?
A little better...
Ahhh.
There.
He twitches his nose and continues to warm up in the sun.
I admire his winter wardrobe and decide to leave... the dogs are headed my way, and I'd hate for them to find my new friend!

What a pretty thing! I need a camera that will zoom in like that. Mine is archaic in digital camera terms. I'm always seeing things that I want to be able to zoom in close on and catch what I'm seeing.
