We weighed our heifer calves today, and since the day was so warm, I had a helper for a few hours in the afternoon.
Yeah... forget me (bad photo) but look closer!

This is the cutest outfit to weigh calves in, I think I've ever seen!
PLUS... He was cowboy christened today... and not with champagne!
His first splatter of cow poop landed on his blanket!
We're calling it close enough.
Ranch raised... through and through!

Congrats to the winners! I hope you put the green door root cellar in next year's calendar--it's beautiful!
Oh, and before I forget--what does 'bangs vaccinate' mean? I remember it from last year and now that it's coming up again, just wanted to know.
