Spent two hours trying to get a video of Eden put together… but, it didn’t work out, for some reason the photos show up but don’t play in the slideshow… so… pooh.
I alternated frustration with the computer with cleaning up my yard and mowing the leaves and grass… until I broke my lawnmower…
Yeah. Doesn’t really sound like a successful day, does it?
But there were gorgeous leaves… and a sky show of storm clouds… and I repositioned the 100+ year old clock in my bedroom as I was cleaning, and it’s happily tick-tocking away in there still! So… good and bad… and I’ll just share some more sheepwagon pics because I can…
Yesterday’s pic showed the door blown open, and I decided to shut it. A faded green appeared on the weathered wood…
From the front door to the rear bed with drawers and pull out table top…
The old stove still lingers… rusting…
Find me here!
Ginger is right. My friend LaVonne Stucky, who has one of my pups, has a small, diverse farm, and has two of these that are available as a bed and breakfast stop. You can see pictures of how she has renovated them at SerenitySheepFarmStay.com
Your pictures are picture perfect. Thank you.
This dwelling fits perfectly with “Tiny House Nation”!!
And I ditto everyone else’s comments. This is a true treasure.
What a treasure. K has a friend, I think in Montana? who rents them out as cabins. Karen is right—-if only it could talk.
I see pics like these and imagine the people who saw this land and vast openness it offered when they first arrived, as they traveled with minimal luxuries. I bet there is many treasures and bodies buried out in this open land!
That green really pops in those first pictures! What a fun thing to explore!
Sad, stranded out there and left. But so nice that it is still there to be seen by us so many years later, thanks to you, Carol!
I like the good part of your day. That old wagon. So many shades of colour, so many stories it holds.
