I have three dogs trying to hide under my desk as I type… lightning is flashing through the skies…
Praying for rain and no fires…
It’s been a busy/challenging week…
Today we did some interesting PAP testing of Daniel’s young bulls, but, somehow, I walked off without my camera. I did use Victoria’s, but now she’s gone home… I guess I’m trying to tell you that while I had an interesting post lined out, I’ll have to delay it.
It looks like we’re cowboying tomorrow…
I can leave you with another scenic shot…
And for Bert… this is the only other shot I took of that gatepost. Too bad I didn’t get your comment earlier, I was just in that pasture again today. I don’t imagine it helps, but when I go by next time, I’ll see what I can do for you…
Find me here!
Wonderful still life. Loved the gate photo. Lark had a litter of 8 yesterday. All well and healthy. K coming over today to check them out.
Hoping for MORE rain + NO forest fires for you, too…and rain here in western NY. Word is the corn crop is suffering. I am visiting family in Toronto where it is a bit cooler – two new babies in the family to enjoy! 🙂
Thank you Carol, every little bit helps. Until you might pass that pasture again I’ll do some internet research and go see my mentor, he has a whole library of old blacksmithing books I don’t have..
Keep Well.

Hope you get the rain and NO fires. We need some rain in middle England. Temps not much above 75 but so windy.
