Kids and Calves Posted on March 19, 2017March 18, 2017 There’s a lot of suction power from a calf, and this one keeps sucking the bottle lower and lower! The girls are petting the soft hair… It doesn’t take long to drink a bottle! Lorelei barely made it in time to hold the bottle! Find me here! there is just something about a farmer/cowgirl in a sparkly pin tutu…..if there were calves, I didn’t see them. Reply
Oh my heart! How sweet! We used to always just use buckets to feed the calves. There was some risk involved of them inhaling milk, but usually they learned and took to it very quickly. Reply
we used a bucket with a nipple on it, when one calf was sucking, the other calves always tried to butt in! Reply
