“We’re having a heat wave! A tropical heat wave!”
OK.
Not tropical.
But it *did* get up to 46˚ today, which felt almost tropical… minus the snow on the ground! It is rather condensed now… and I suppose it will turn icy soon enough. It is rather amazing though, how warm 46 can feel!
I’m still trying to finish up presents and stockings… and starting to cook a bit as well… so tonight… from a few days ago…
Find me here!
The wind in Casper FINALLY died down so I kicked all the Cowkids outside to catch up on all the chores they’ve been skipping because of the wind and -26 temps. They spent an hour “skating” up and down our driveway which is a solid sheet of ice with the heat wave. It was fun for them and allowed me to get some work done 😉 win! Merry Christmas 🙂

Yeah, my brother said it was NASTY in Casper… not so bad here, and I appreciate that!
I love this! Our sons used to skate on Nowood River when it was frozen. They would clear off the snow and play
mini-hockey. The ice under our bridge was thick and smooth. Such fun….
We haven’t been skating for years…
Vintage (?) skates having a new purpose! Cool!
Yup, found in the top of the garage… I like em!
