After 3 days of riding, I got the day “off”.
I’ve cooked the branding meal for tomorrow…
Lasagna, breadsticks, corn, salad, jello salad, Monster cookies, toffee nut bars, peppermint brownies, and ice cream. I didn’t cook the ice cream. But ice cream counts since it is an important part of the menu!
Plus I did laundry.
Plus I’ve cooked lunch for the riders today, but it is 4 pm and they haven’t made it back for lunch.
Plus I have to teach in one hour.
Plus I tried to pet the puppies since three leave tomorrow…
So, please stand by…
I’m busy and this was all I had time for!
