I know many of you are awaiting puppy pics…
but yesterday and today were spent preparing for and preg testing the last of ours and a neighbor’s cows…
We were hoping for a MUCH better weather day than last year!
We knew Daniel was coming home this weekend…
then Brandon said he was coming as well and bringing a friend…
then Toria said she was coming too!
So I’ve had a full house and some work as well…
no time to edit puppy video!
and today’s work was really no different than before other than the fact that our vet…
The Good Doctor S. …
encouraged his helpers to try their “hand” at preg testing.
Victoria was game.
From her A.I. experience she was familiar with the territory…
but admitted it was different…
I teased her about sticking out her tongue while standing *behind* a cow…
and got this…
Then our visitor, J., decided she’d have a shot at preg testing as well!
Under the expert tutelage of the Good Doctor…
she learned proper technique and most importantly…
good humor…
C’mon…
How can you *not* LOVE young women who can laugh and learn while sticking their arms up the back end of a cow?
How can you *not* appreciate the goodness of the Good Doctor who would take the time to mentor them?
And the cows…
99% of them were pregnant…
