Waiting for the perfect Perseid to overpower the moonrays.
Falling asleep then startling awake as *another* falling star whizzes by.
Even with the full moon, the Perseids can put on a good show!
Even with smoke filled air…
(Ours is from the Norton Point Fire, 13,192 burned acres north of Dubois, Wyoming…)

This was yesterday’s sunset.
Still…
with all this JUNK in the air… I’m headed outside.
