With the new month of October begins a very busy time for the library. We’re decorating for fall then Halloween… our big Harvest Dinner with raffle and silent auction… an author visit with Scott Werbelow “Son of a Poacher” (for any outdoor person, it’s a rollicking trio of books)… book discussion… adult craft night… then there’s planning for other new programs… our after school program for kids… then we slide into the Christmas season. It seems as if it’s a snowball. Speaking of which, our first snow arrives soon and it may give me the time to craft my donations to the raffle and silent auction!
Here’s to fall and busy little libraries! Do you have a library card?
