As I’ve been preoccupied with Christmas, the guys continue to work on pipelines and installing water tanks. Victoria and I helped Brandon set one tank.

The pipes had been run, the dirt filled back in, now to set the tank.

White paint was inked onto the top of the pipe and the tank set in place. Brandon had to push down to make good contact.

Perfect!

A hole saw later…

We then set it back upright over the pipe and tightened the fittings.

Ta-da! There’s still more to do… but the end may be in sight!
*** Some of you have questioned how the barite worked in the other tank. It slowed the leak but did not stop it. Maybe you need more water pressure to achieve a better seal? Anyway, the tank was drained, barite left to dry, then removed. Once it was clean, they painted the inside of the tank with pickup bed seal liner. I don’t think they refilled it to see if it worked, yet!
