I’m *still* off loading photos off my phone and iPad… so… I drove down to see the progress. After much deliberation and drawings and what ifs and how abouts, we kind of have a new corral design. We researched and investigated and watched YouTube videos. We talked Bud Boxes vs. sorting tubs. We talked about Temple Grandin. We argued merits of single alleys vs. double. Vernon kept wanting the boys to design it, as they’ll be the ones having to live with the design the longest. We had to work around objects that won’t move like the scale house and loading dock and well.
Finally, after planting one short piece of wall last fall… we’re back to it.
Of course, I say “we” in the loosest of terms… I’m not the one down there cutting pipe and welding when it’s 90+* outside! In case you can’t tell, the old treated posts and rails are being replaced by continuous fencing…
