Jobs

Posted on October 17, 2026October 17, 2026

The last batch of cows were preg tested. There was no school today since the school always manages days off during the beginning of hunting season.

That left quite the line of horses tied to the outside of the corral!

The girls were freed to occupy themselves.

Jaxon helped out in the corral. Quinlan left for football practice.

The rest of us found jobs.

Carol, Wyoming rancher

Since 2008, I’ve kept this photographic journal of life on our working Wyoming ranch.  I share ranch work, my family, crafts and DIY, my English Shepherds, Bravo and Indy, and a love for this land.  Enjoy this red dirt country!
