When Victoria called and said she and Wyatt could meet at the cabin for an overnight stay, I quickly agreed. Winter is coming. Obviously, that meant I was not able to post last night.
It was cold and windy up there and we were happy to hunker down and build a fire in the stove. Followed by stories and laughter and solitaire and Scrabble. We awoke to fog and snow.
We alternated between eating, games…
and special time outs for reading…
We also happened to notice that I had decorated for Halloween… with the hoarfrost’s help.
It was a great time out.
