Although I had a wonderful time, it’s nice to be home from the stockdog clinic…
Dally, **especially**, is glad to be back in her comfort zone!
The weather decided to be more than pleasant and we were at 60* for the most part…
Even Saturday night was practically balmy…
Especially if you remember what last week was like!
The arena sat between Carter Mountain…
and Sheep Mountain…
The attendees were all fun-loving and more than nice…
Clinician Trudy Viklund was insightful, thoughtful, and great with dogs *and* people.
She was so knowledgeable that even the sheep wanted to check in to see if their behavior was correct!
Usually the sight of pickups and horsetrailers is comforting to me…
knowing I’ll have something in common with their owners…
Now I can say I also like the vehicles at dog clinics…
Full of crates and dog food and water and treats and dog hair…
they all reflected my own car…
Dally was definitely out of her element here…
I’m absolutely positive she did not have as good a time as I did.
But, of course, these two days were about the dogs…
I’d like to introduce you to the Thermopolis, Wyoming dogs…
