Calf Cam Spying

Posted on February 28, 2012April 3, 2015

I sit here, spying on my son…

The Calf Cam is in great form.

The baldy cow had a baldy calf… and I LOVE baldy calves!  To me, there’s more chance for “character”… or at least a name!  Every other calf that’s pure black is just… black.  Hard to tell one from the other.  (Well, you can, it’s just harder!)
Daniel watched… checked to see if the calf was figuring out which end to go find the faucets on…
Then he moved them to another pen.
Aha.
With all my wisdom and experience, I quickly deduced, another heifer must be calving!
Daniel cleaned the pen.

And reloaded.

Whoops, ladies… just the one that’s calving!

Figures.
We received 10 inches of snow today… maybe more… I kept forgetting to go measure it… so perhaps *this storm* is bringing The Onslaught!
