On today’s Accomplished List:
7 pints of stewed tomatoes
5 pints of salsa
2 pints of hot peppers
2 pints of hot pepper juice for use in insect repellent (don’t know for sure if it’ll work, it’s a test!)
cleaned part of garden out
collected most of my dried beans
emptied out old canning jars full of pickles, tomatoes, relish, jelly to reuse for MORE.
various other minor, boring activities.
Nothing too exciting!
But you know me by now… I can, at least, usually pull out an interesting photo… (not near as fantastic as those I’ve seen lately of the space shuttle riding piggyback) but, I think this is cool anyway!
