The craft of the day is… Wool needle felting.
I snagged this plain little black wool bag at Hobby Lobby the other day. It looked like a small blank canvas waiting just for me!
I threw some colorful roving in as well, and then my imagination took off…
It was time for Megan’s birthday present… Let’s see…
I wanted something cheery and bright… I went with colorful flowers… And since Megan is our songbird, always singing, humming, quoting lyrics… I *had* to have a bird on there as well!
Turns out it’s the perfect fit for her Nook.”Canvas” and color = success!
