Amazing what I can find in my zillion photos…
The wildfire from last year approaches the fence corner and fence line…
Then here it is a day or so later…
Those faint red lines are arrows trying to show where the fence ran.
Let’s look a little closer…
Way on the far left, you can make out the burned fenceline. The “road” on the right is actually a fireline.
Here it was yesterday…
Yup. There’s grass. There’s also a LOT of weeds. We knew it would help eventually… it was the painful process of getting through without this pasture last year! Plus the work of rebuilding the fence. Also, we have yet to run a new pipeline for water…
But… it’s growing… and that’s good!
