Why doens’t Eden have a tail? Or does it just look like that?
If it’s docked is that a breed thing that they did in the past or usually?
    THanks!!

I thought I read a while ago that you were breeding out the baldies in your herd. Is it a dominant trait? Their faces have such personality with those white patches!

I can’t help but think that all babies are just so cute! Even wet newborn calves! I can imagine that you all are so tired out from all of the births going on that it is not one of your thoughts about them, though! 😉

I just read the post from Friday (I think, my days ran together with our winter icks and our Gracie beagle being quite ill all weekend)….. But yes, it is true the sadness comes with the task of raising anything. From planting to animals -> where there is life there is always death.

We move forward because that is why we remain when they go. Hugs and prayers for some rest for all of you. Birthing season is long days and even longer nights.
