While yellow flowers dominated the lower elevations, the top of the mountain was championed by shooting stars… first, lining the edges of buffalo trails, then in shy portrait… followed by eye popping vivid setting, and lastly, pink petals in black and white.Find me here!

So much natural beauty for the eye to behold…and be thankful.
These are beautiful photos.
Shooting stars are one of my favorites! And that is so cool that you can still see old buffalo trails. We have nothing like that here – the Nez Perce had to go to Montana to hunt buffalo.
Beautiful. I bet all the extra rain has helped. Thanks for posting.
The beauty and majesty of wild flowers never ceases to amaze me. Wonderful photos Carol, especially the pink petals on B&W.
Absolutely beautiful flowers and scenery. What a joy to see those photos.
