While other areas of Wyoming (and just up the road from here) are dealing with a foot or more of new snow… we, luckily, escaped this storm. That’s OK.
There’s plenty of moisture around.
The guys moved a few cows this morning… and then, we had the party for little miss Lorelei.
Three. She’s three!
Lacee will be there in a month as well! My, how time flies.
Although the new pink mud boots were a pretty good hit, she made everyone laugh when she opened her gift from Aunt Tess and Uncle Daniel… A dress, another dress, a pretty headband, and… A GUN!!!! The new cap pistol trumped the dresses!
(I do believe I loved my cap pistol when I was that age as well! Atta, girl!)

What beautiful little girls! I had to laugh because when I was young, I had a treasured double holster cap pistols and a Red Rider BB gun. They were my treasure! (I still have the BB gun, I just remembered that!)
Your candid photos of the girls are wonderful! Beautiful kids. I’m pretty sure that a well made, smooth action cap gun is essential to a well rounded childhood! I hope there was cake!
I know that I loved my cap pistol when I was a young girl. My brother, who was 15 years older than me, got me red cowgirl boots, a white leather jacket with red fringe and Annie Oakley holster with matching pistols for my 5th birthday. I remember it all vividly.
Happy birthday, Lorelei!
Can we girls ever have enough pink?!! 🙂 Looks like she loves all her presents! Happy Birthday, Lorelei.
What beautiful girls. Happy Birthday Lorelei. And Lacee next month along with my Grandson, also three. Watch out world !!!!!
Mine were Roy Rogers pistols.
