The guys headed out horseback this morning, just to ride the corner of the pasture and kick any of our cows on through. Tomorrow is the start of our big gather, and if we could ease some through ahead of the big crunch, it would help. They found a few, but it looks like we will be working a big bunch anyway.
I, on the other hand, was delegated to buying food for branding dinner and, along with other errands, spoiling myself with a batch of new flowers from the local greenhouses.
It’s to be an early morning tomorrow, so I am calling it an early night.
