These photos are great. Interesting detail though as someone who has never ridden a horse I don’t know what they are for. Decorative, or vital to horse riding.
Surprised to see the rein chains in Wyoming. Always thought that was the California “Vaquero” style. Would enjoy seeing the mouth piece on both these bits….
I love both of these. I would so hang that second one on my wall in a heartbeat though! Is it common practice with your kind of riding that have the curb strap snug like that?

I do know the seahorse one had a copper roller… hence the slobber.
