    My goodness! all that work to put up the posts and sturdy fence, and the elk can wreck it? I hope it was just the section that is pictured here.

    How well we know that one. A gate can be open right next to to fene line. They will always take the fence.

    no stopping’em! I saw a huge bull elk in Rocky Mt’ park last week, not sure any fence would have stopped him!
