Day… Excited

Posted on May 7, 2019May 7, 2019

Wyoming is reverting to winter for a bit… winter storm warnings are out, though right here it remains simply a cold rain.

Nasty weather makes me stay inside… inside lets me work on… the table!

No, it’s not finished, but, holy cow! I love this little thing!

I’m working on the sides now… and there will be a bit of stain on the bare wood and some kind of acrylic coating to polish and protect it… I do think I’m finished with the color on the top, though. The legs may be random colors…

Anyway… the end is in sight… and I’m excited!

P.S. Carol I would love to work a puzzle of your amazing table. Would that be possible for you to do for us, perhaps?!

I could probably do that… but maybe when it’s totally finished?

Oh my goodness, Carol, that is an amazingly creative and beautiful table! I love the quotes and the sayings on it, and the colors and drawings are so striking. You are so creative (and caring). Thank you for sharing all that you do and create with us! Love it! 😉

Wow!!! You are so talented. The only problem with it is it just makes me want to look and look. So many things to discover.

You’ve created a beautiful, one-of-a-kind work of art for your community. It’s a lovely little treasure for all to enjoy and be inspired by. I want to see the legs too, please!

What a beautiful unfolding! The little log cabin is my favorite. Reminds me of Laura Ingalls Wilder and the “Little House” books.
