Salsa

Posted on September 24, 2019September 24, 2019

Thankfully, my sister and brother-in-law are fantastic gardeners. They didn’t get hit with hail twice like I did, either!

Check out ONE of my sister’s onions… ONE.

Four cups diced from ONE onion is a pretty good sized onion!

They also shared tomatoes and peppers… so… salsa, here I come.

I ended up with 19 pints… one we broke into to test… and one didn’t seal. There’s more tomatoes… but we’ll see…
