Busy Day

Posted on November 2, 2019November 2, 2019

We started off by taking professional family photos. It was kind of crazy, but Tess and Megan had a list of the shots we wanted… families, couples, grandkids with great grandpa… There are 19 of us, so many different combinations! We were supposed to do these a month ago, but instead of fall leaves, we did it with snow! 450 photos later… we must have some good ones! I can’t wait to see them!

Then I was off to set up for our Open House at the Library. Two years have passed since we broke ground with the new addition, and the Friends group decided to celebrate it. We had a fair turnout.

Come home for supper… then go celebrate Jaxon’s birthday… he will be on vacation for his real birthday. All eight cousins were together… which makes for a rollicking good time!

…and, unfortunately, we have to change our clocks tonight. I hate having to come home from work in the dark…

It was definitely a full and busy day!

We changed our clocks a week ago in the UK. I remember the December days of going to work AND coming home in the dark. Always looked forward to mid Jan when there would be a glimmer of light at 4:30pm. Look forward to seeing some of your family photos.
