OK, I have a thing for tables. I love them. I have more than I need. But when Megan asked if I wanted a cute little end table, of course I said yes.
It was plain. Modern. It still had stubborn stickers on it. Piece A. Piece B. Once I started sanding on it, I also found it wasn’t all solid wood!
Oh, well.

A little rust paint. A little turquoise. Some black.

Now for some wood burning…

I still wasn’t happy…

Better.

Yup. That’s it.
Doggone, this little table is a cutie.
I know some of you said to keep it… but… I have three more little tables waiting their turn! I can keep it for a while, I guess, until someone offers me good money! Ha!
Find me here!
Mm mm mm, that just got better and better, didn’t it?! Beautiful!
I also like little tables, would love to have this one, But, when I find a little table I cover it with little toys! right now on my computer desk I have 12 tractors & 6 cars! I collect 1/64 scale toys- addictive hobby- and your table top is too nice to cover up, that same design would make a great wall hanger on an interesting piece of wood-
Wonderful colours. A great addition to your other tables, for now at least.
You brought that table back to life in true Wyoming style. I have no woodturning skills, but now I’m left want to paint something in my house turquoise!
You really nailed this one! Enough detail to make it very interesting without too much, I really like the horse shoes in the corner!
It was a dark and stormy night in the Ten Sleep area and the little table thought it would never find another home when out of the gloom swooped Super Carol, The Master Woodburner. The little table looked up and saw who was rescuing it and knew it would be beautiful again and would find a new home.
Great job Carol.
