Worland Library Christmas

Posted on November 21, 2020November 21, 2020

The weather has been holding and we’ve had some nice days, the sun is still strong and if the wind stays still, it can be quite pleasant. The guys are going in different directions… checking the pipeline for the cows, graveling some large stretches of road, paperwork, and designing some new pens and more corral for the calving shed.

I sure could have spent some time at home cleaning, but I chose to do my grocery shopping for Thanksgiving and then paint on the library windows in Worland.

Worland is having “It’s a Hallmark Christmas in Worland” and has asked people to really decorate the main street. Since Worland is remodeling the old Ace Hardware building into the library, and I painted on part of their windows in August, we decided I’d add on to what I had done.

I thought I had written about it, but couldn’t find my post! Anyway, I started painting on the three windows to the left of this library sign.

We aren’t allowed in the building, so painting the window was about our only choice. The left panel is done (I think), and the right panel still needs some work.

There’s a third panel that is started…

I think it’s turning out well…

Don’t you?

Your artistic talents continue to amaze me.

Why aren’t you allowed in the building? I can’t remember the details of the previous post, only that the library was moving.

The Worland community is very blessed to have such a great local artist – one who can turn old hardware store windows into works of art!
