Well, it was a pretty sunset…
The cloud continued to consolidate… and after sunset, the only thing visible was a narrow slice of sky just above the horizon. So much for viewing the Christmas Star. Maybe there’s a chance for tomorrow.

Beautiful sunset seems like a good consolation prize. I was in a zoom meeting and forgot to look. There’s always 2080 (lol).
What a beautiful sunset. We face east so get wonderful sunrises all year, but we miss out on sunsets as the sun goes behind a hill well before it actually sets.
Overcast in Winchester VA. Watched it on YouTube. Actually quite interesting since the presenter was able to stream the view from the ground, magnified by 300 mm lens, and a virtual representation at the same time. The man was an amateur astronomer, but quite knowledgeable.
RAIN near Green Bay Wisconsin. No chance to see anything last night. Your sunset was awesome!
