When I looked back for an old video for this Thursday’s post, I just had to choose this one.
After a big snowstorm, I take all my dogs for a walk… or try to. They aren’t very enthusiastic about the deep snow, and I’m huffing and puffing along on snowshoes!
For those of you who’ve been readers for a long time… enjoy the sights of Boomer, the black Aussie; Dally, the tri-colored daughter of Elsa; dear, sweet, sweet, Elsa… and, of course, Lucas Cade… my first English Shepherd…

So much snow. We’re due up to 3” in the morning. For some kids it will be the first snow they’ve experienced.
Dogs have so much fun and are such fun to watch. Thanks for sharing. I loved that when you whistled, they all looked around, “Who, Me?”
Thanks for sharing this wonderful adventure in the snow. I’ve only had one dog at a time for over 40 years but have had so many fun treks in deep, deep snow with each one. We are having a pretty wimpy winter here in Buffalo this year, so it perked me up to watch your video.
Fun to watch dogs, and kids, in snow, My dog Sam, a Cocker Spaniel, would bury his head in the snow & make like a snow plow & he loved to catch snowballs I threw & them bury’em in the snow,
