Re-Red Video May 10 – May 17, 2021

Posted on June 22, 2021June 24, 2021

This video covers our week of branding… so gathering cattle and branding take up 90%! Springtime traditions include gathering cattle from the pasture, sorting the pairs (mom and calf) into their new pasture, then branding the calves. Branding is an essential part since in this wide open land, cattle can sometimes end up miles from home and need to be identified. This video captures the activities from May 10 – May 17, 2021. My wood burned stool also makes a short appearance.

Wonderful to see you all working together. Those monster cookies looked very yummy. And the blue sky and clouds at the end – so very vibrant.

Great video. Loved the way Bravo obeyed when you called him off. Good Dog! I really enjoy seeing all the generations working together. On the job training.
Were you riding through an old fire burn in the beginning?

THIS VIDEO WAS SO FUN TO WATCH ~ EVERYTHING!! Kudos to you, the guys, the kids, the neighbors, and your daughters-in-law who seem to thrive on ranch work.

Enjoyed the video. The B/W paint horse looks like one of ours. He is a former pickup horse. Is stout and can do any job including dragging. Is just smart and plays games when you want to catch him. But any kid can ride him. Keep the videos coming!
