A new month. Wow. How’d that happen so fast?
The guys have been doing assorted projects… repairing some fence that an elk herd must have blown through… doing some repair on the big waterline out in the Badlands… checking the fences out in the Badlands as well. Then there’s hauling hay and taking salt to the cows… Lots of minor work that I generally don’t go along, not because I wouldn’t like to, mainly because I hear about it after the fact!
Plus, I’m not that much help with winterizing machinery or anything mechanical. I know crescent wrenches from vice grips but, eh, I’d rather be doing my own crafting especially on dismal, windy, chilly days…
I did some more alcohol inking today, but since they’re not quite finished and I didn’t take any photos in the sunlight this afternoon… I’ll save that for later. Today’s other accomplishment was applesauce… again, nothing spectacular unless you want to see the size of the apples some hunters from Minnesota brought us! They’re HUGE.
There was one thing that made me go…..awwwwww. Even though I make and sell a few calendars every year (yes, I’m trying to get my act together, though I’m not making a bunch to sell extra, let me know if you want one, because otherwise this year my calendar will probably just go to family) I still buy an English Shepherd Club calendar. I’ve probably submitted some photos of my dogs almost every year as well. I sent one last year…
Guess who Miss November is?
Victoria!
Haha!
Victoria *and* Eden are this month’s calendar girls.
Seeing this sure makes me miss her…
Find me here!
Ahh it brought tears to my eyes how sweet!
Every month seems to fly! Calendar? I usually like to get one, but if there is some quota of orders that doesn’t get, I’ll understand. Thanks for the heads-up.
I would like to buy a calendar.
…… awwww!! Wonderful!
