Brief But Enjoyable

Posted on December 18, 2021December 18, 2021

Christmas Parade was tonight… We arrived just in time to grab a quick bite to eat… sit in our car with the seat warmers on to chow down… then watch the small parade. We then drove up the hill to again enjoy the seat warmers while waiting for the fireworks.

It makes much more sense to set off fireworks this time of year than in July when there’s so much country to accidentally catch on fire.

All in all, a very brief but enjoyable time…

That’s a brilliant idea to have Christmas fireworks. As you say, it’s the safe time of year to light them for us in the West, and it’s festive. Also, staying up for New Year’s Eve fireworks is can sometimes be challenging, so earlier in the evening sounds great.

The moon is the best part! I have been watching it all week while it was shining in the daylight and getting fuller and fuller!

Very impressive firework pics. They don’t look real.

Great idea – fireworks in the winter! And the moon added an extra-special touch. Liked the way your camera showed the detail of the fireworks. We are expecting Santa riding on our town’s fire engine, with all the bells and sirens this week.
