A little cafe is closing down. I’ve written about it before HERE. Even though I’ve only been here twice, I enjoyed it tremendously, and have had *plans* to come here more often. I did get the owner to cater this library event. The Renaissance Cafe is an hour and a half from my house, so it isn’t the easiest commute. Megan, Quinlan, Lorelei, and I made the journey.
I forgot to take photos of our meals, but our desserts still make me drool!
The Renaissance Cafe is over, but I’m hoping she will feel like catering in the spring, just in case the library has their Spring Tea once again.
Best wishes, Linda, and thanks for the tea and the food!
(Isn’t this Alice teapot just the berries?)
Find me here!
I want one of those desserts!!!!!!! Yum, yum!!
It seems like the best places are the ones that close, but perhaps those are the ones we notice and miss the most.
I enjoyed your previous posts when you visited. Sorry that it is closing down. Our small local (8 mins drive!!!) away has been sold and we don’t know yet if it will reopen. Oat cappuccino with dairy free brownie was my order most weeks.
This was such a fun and unique place, with the eclectic assortment of tea pots and plates. So sorry it’s closing.
Too bad it looks like such a sweet place!
