My baby chicks have hit that ugly/cute stage… when fluff is gone and straggly feathers are coming in. Since I ordered a rainbow assortment, I didn’t know what breeds I was getting. It looks like 7 of them are some variety of the Polish breed.
Known for their feathery top knot, they’re kind of goofy right now.
I’m not sure of any of the others…

They don’t seem too pleased with their fancy hairdo but they do look cute.
