While the snow we had just received is quickly disappearing, Vernon and Daniel decided to zip up the mountain to see what conditions were like.

They snowmobiled clear up to our mountain corral.
We’re used to seeing it this way.

It looks a little different.

While pitiful compared to the snow amounts in Utah and California, Vernon insists it’s the most he’s ever seen. I think it’s impressive!
I’d hardly call that pitiful. Now we can see why the cows don’t stay up there for the winter — they wouldn’t anyway. Cows are smart that way. Besides they’d have to burrow!
If I didn’t know where you’re located, I’d have thought that photo was taken at the Arctic Circle.
Very impressive! I love winter and winter scenery…what interesting formations the wind can create in the sky and on land. And it was fun to see the corral in its non-winter pose!
Whoa. Spring has got to be there somewhere! Here the Virginia bluebells are about to bloom.
Wow that is impressive!
