Off Camping

Posted on July 31, 2023

At the last minute, I decided to go camping. School will be soon upon us and I wanted to take grandkids camping. Tess and kids bowed out since they’ve been “camping” at fair all week, but Brandon, Megan, and kids, and my sister all volunteered to go.

For my Girl Scout friends… yes, notice the logo on the tent… DeWitt Wallace Roundup tents are still going!
While trying to get cool photos on my phone of the campfire… Brandon noticed a huge shooting star. That was it! I put my phone away and didn’t touch it again. I also didn’t take many pictures!

I’m going to jump in and share Megan’s Find of the Day. Look at the fossil she found! It’s huge!

Isn’t it amazing?

Glad you had a fun time camping. That always brings great memories,
but this time seeing a shooting star AND that fossil is pretty much the top!
Do you know what the fossil might be?
