There was quite the outpouring of love for National Center West after yesterday’s post. Comments on Facebook were many. So, for those of you who know what I’m talking about,

Looking towards the Big A. Double click and enlarge the photo and the big water tank still sets just off off center…

Looking towards Saddle Straddle. The lodge roof is visible in the trees.
For those who worked with me…. Here I am… and, yes, I have pics of all of you, but didn’t know if you’d appreciate them! I turn 65 this year. I was 19 then.

Scrawny, very blonde me, helping demonstrate how to nosebag a horse.

Me hanging out by the Leigh Creek Monument cross. Why didn’t we take pics *with* the cross in the pic to prove we were there? Duh.

Me and the Boss Lady demonstrating what NOT TO DO ON HORSEBACK. We had quite the routine.
Ah… memories.
Find me here!
It’s really nice that you got so many comments about the fun memories.
Oh, to be riding in Big Trails again! Next summer.
We sure were young! And lived life to the fullest Thanks for the memories. I go there often ! I just got home from camp. Work as an RN for the Coalition for the Homeless. Still love every minute.
Love to you and KJ
Looks like you are having fun! What memories for sure.
The fun has never stopped…really!!
