Part Two

Posted on November 27, 2023

This is part two of our family craft night.

The interior 20 sided “ball” is complete and we now will add all the points!

Three half size straws will now be tied to the small quarter size triangles. As you can see, Reagan’s pink straws are being tied to the green. Parental help was very important. Knot tying was difficult. Our theme became “Let’s try not to shove each other with needles and scissors in our hands!” Or something to that effect. By this time, the stress level was about a 7.5. To reduce it to below a five… I introduced certain beverages for consumption by the parents.

It seemed to help.
Hours had passed. It was now dark. Finally, the single goal became finishing Reagan’s. Everyone else could haul supplies home to finish.

Voila! Yay, Reagan! (And Tess!)

Laughed out loud at the photo of Megan sipping in the background. 🙂 This is one family craft everyone will laugh about and remember always.
