More rain was predicted for today, so while my house lies waiting for more of my cleaning supplies, I spent the morning mowing my yard. I can clean while it rains. My cousin is coming for a visit next week, and I’m positive, without a doubt, that the state of my housekeeping is low on his list. His life has been full of experiences and we will focus on that while he’s here… whether it’s stories in the full Burton Style with a cold beverage around a campfire… or a fishing trip… or seeing the beauty that is Red Dirt Country….
My house will be in decent shape and Robb and I will quickly leave it to go off on a minor adventure.
No pictures of my mowed lawn or clean dishes… but it did rain which switched to snow as night fell.

For a link to Robb’s first adventure in India… go Here. No surprise to hear that Burtons have been known as storytellers…

Enjoy your rain. We’ve had very little in Middle England and as yet we have not gone above the high 70’s. A cool easterly breeze has helped, but our gardens and I expect our farmers need some rain.
My goodness. Robb’s story of India reminded me of my own visit there, although I am one of those tourists he mentions, and glad of it! India is a strange and wonderful place with cheerful, friendly people who love to have their picture taken. So tell us some more of his adventures, please. Much better than cleaning!
