Culprits Part Two

Posted on May 22, 2026May 22, 2026

As a continuation from the other day…

After Megan and I gathered the cow culprits out of the neighbor’s field and tucked them safely into a home pasture, it was time to repair the fence and gate they’d torn down before more cows escaped.

Replacing the broken gate post was priority one.

Then there were missing staples…

Broken wires…

A gate thrown wide open by human hands…

An entire section of loose wires propped on top of posts!

Holy cow! What the heck! There were tracks left by a sxs or four wheeler and footprints in one spot. We have no clue who did this… some troublemaker, hunter, or shed hunter sneaking in to trespass… but, I wish you’d find something else to do with your time. Not all culprits are cow culprits.

Antler sheds, usually elk and deer around here are quite valuable and people trespass ALL THE TIME TO STEAL THEM off private land.
