Yip-ee

Posted on December 23, 2014

I had a list with 20 items on it.  Things To Do Before Christmas.

I managed the first three… then Vernon came home and said he was kicking cows out.  Since the day was bright and sunny and NICE, I offered to take my dogs and go along, just because I love to procrastinate as much as humanly possible!

So the next few hours were spent laughing with the boys, watching and calling back my dogs (they were having so much fun, they didn’t need encouragement!), and trying to take a decent pic from the back of Brandon’s fourwheeler!

A bank of clouds sat on top of the Big Horns most of the day…

All along, there was this little golden ball of fur right there with the Big Dogs…

She was having a marvelous time…

Eden chasing

But we all agree… We hope Eden’s voice changes because she has the littlest, high pitched puppy yip that ever was!  But she showed excellent prospects… Yip-ee!

What a beautiful day and scenery. Thank you for sharing your life and photos with us all year and for so often bringing the gift of joy to us! Merry Christmas to you, Carol. It will be a happy one with all of those little grandkids around. Enjoy it, as you well know they grow up way too fast! My grandsons are already teenagers at 14 and 15 years old. Can’t believe how quickly that happened. 😉

The Merriest of Christmas to you and your wonderful family. The MOST important thing YOU give to your family and others is your Love. So go ahead and procrastinate. NOTHING is as important as your Love.

I’m wondering about the other 17 things on your list!! But you made the best choice. Lovely photos. Happy Christmas Carol to you and your family. Thank you for sharing your ranching life with us. AND I hope I’m right (picked up some older blogs) Happy Birthday to you. No white stuff for us in Middle England , though a frost expected Friday morning. Have a great holiday time.
