Rocky country.
Lunch Bog… We’ll actually hold them up against the fence so we’re not eating the neighbor’s good grass… and break for lunch.
My sister and brother-in-law run the chuckwagon. It helps us out tremendously! We eat in shifts because we still have to hold the herd.
Right after lunch it POURED rain. It refreshed the cows and dogs just in time to make our way through all the bogs.
Some spots in the bog are okay for horses… other places you can see the dogs having problems with the mud. The last half mile is a challenge!
Find me here!
The modern-day chuck wagon. It delights me that you use old terms!
Lots of work, but what beautiful surroundings. and I wanna come for lunch!!!
Are you going to post the names of the other dogs? The black one is Brandon’s, right? But who is the other???
The other red one is Tina, and the blue one is Tuff. Both are Daniel’s dogs… both Australian Shepherds.
Job well done.
What a life! Loving the recent photos. Thanks again for sharing.
