Ranchlife: Calves, Lions, and Snow Video

Posted on January 3, 2021January 3, 2021

This video from Red Dirt In My Soul covers ranchlife, calves, mountain lions and snow! The mountain lion incident has its own video HERE. Calves were separated, steers going back into the field, heifers being put on more feed. Bravo actually leaves my side to help Vernon kick some cattle out of the tall greasewood. The snow makes for pretty Christmas decorations and great sledding. This video covers December 8 – December 18, 2020.

Wonderful. What amazing balance Bravo had on the back of the quad bike. I thought he would fall off – oh me of little faith!!!! Your house porch looked great with snow on top (and not on you) as did your decorations. Made better by the snow of course. Great to see the kids enjoying the snow.

What a wonderful life you have. The children are making memories not many children get the chance to do in this day and age. You have my heart!

Winter is my favorite season, so you gave me a good dose today! Around here (Buffalo, NY) we have clever snow measuring sticks, that are a yard long and usually have some sort of snowman on top – nice yard decoration.

    Loved seeing the eagles again!
