Unique Table

Posted on January 23, 2022January 23, 2022

I lose track, but somewhere along the way, I started working on a table for Megan. It’s had an adventurous life, and we thought we could give it a start for a new one. Step One was me woodburning sunflowers onto its stained, water damaged, but mainly good top.

At this point, I *think* I’m finished with the top… I may decide on more later, but right now I’m happy.

The next step is to insert the leaf into the table.

But that will separate some sunflowers!

Yes, it will.

However, I’m simply adding the “other half” back onto the leaf, creating even more sunflowers! Kinda cool, huh?

The one thing we’re certain of, this will be unique when it’s complete!

Beautiful. The table has a lot of rustic appeal. I adore sunflowers so I am in love with the project!

That is very unique table. The sunflowers appearing when the leaf is extended – what a great idea.

Looks like another cool creation, and a big-sized one! Good luck. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
