I keep thinking I will make two videos. One of the local wildlife I’ve been filming and one where I will answer many of the questions that have been posed recently… then I start doing yard work and I get distracted!
I’ve mowed and rototilled and cleaned and repaired and trimmed and pitched… and my house looks like I’ve been working (outside). So I will really try for tomorrow!
Today I had some littles with me… and somehow they expect to do a craft while they’re here. Ok. Twist my arm…
I found some old bird feeder snap together kits left over from my Girl Scout days…
There were struggles and breakages and repairs and talks about handling frustration. In the end, there was this.
Though we didn’t have time for painting, at least we all finished them! And… I had a favorite part, too.
The ice cream I handed out may have swayed the voting…

What a wonderful time with your GKs. Mine are getting older so not so much craft but granddaughters have tried my sewing machine and they and grandson LOVE pancakes for breakfast..
I have a cross stitched sampler that says it all: A clean house is a sign of a misspent life”
Dropping everything for crafts and ice cream with grandchildren shows that you have your priorities straight. 🙂
Precious time with a Grandma is always the best! And those bird houses
are going to be even cuter when they are painted.
Yeah GG!!
GG’s are the best!!! Not only provide ice cream, but crafts/loving attention when needed.
